About

Renée Malone is a project lead for the Atypical Interns Program and headhunter at ASML. In this role she focuses on creating an inclusive and supportive environment for students with neurodivergence. Her background in Neuropsychology and recruiting gives her a unique position that supports the program’s success.

She believes in education, curiosity, and a practical approach. After starting her career in the agency world, she also worked at Philips before joining ASML in 2021. Since then she has continued to develop Inclusion initiatives focused on reaching and supporting talent with a distance to the labour market, with a special focus on inclusion for neurodiversity.
