As part of this new series of excursions, we are working with seven VDMA member companies to offer female students on technical degree courses the opportunity to gain exclusive insights into the real world.
At motan, the female students can familiarise themselves with all areas of the company during a tour of the plant. They can use a break at lunchtime for refreshments and networking before female engineers and female specialists from the company give insights into their work at motan and are available for questions and discussions. After tips for job applications and career planning and a final round of feedback, the excursion ends and the participants make their way home after an exciting excursion into the practical world of mechanical engineering.
