Calculating the costs of complex engineering projects is a challenge for the departments involved. Technical and commercial aspects come together at the interface between design/production and controlling. The Web-Erfa aims to show how companies can arrive at a meaningful overall cost picture at an early stage.
In mechanical engineering, the products and therefore the development projects are complex. As it is not only function and quality that are decisive purchasing criteria, but also price, the most accurate calculation possible is crucial for satisfied customers and companies. However, with individual projects and extensive parts lists, this is easier said than done. For example, how do you get an early overall plan-cost picture from CAD and ERP? In order to facilitate an exchange between experts at the interface between engineering and controlling, we invite you to this online exchange of experiences.
The event is aimed at specialists and managers who are responsible for design, production, product development and controlling. Take the opportunity to learn from practical experience and exchange ideas with experts and other participants.
