The process-orientated design of company processes increases efficiency and profitability - goals that every company strives for. With process orientation and the risk-based approach, ISO 9001:2015 is also taking centre stage. In this context, many companies are asking themselves whether their existing process landscape and their existing process descriptions fulfil the current requirements. It is not enough to simply rename existing process instructions as process descriptions, as important elements, such as the expected results, are often missing from the documentation.
Our event offers participants the opportunity to take an in-depth look at process management in mechanical and plant engineering. In a varied programme of keynote speeches and interactive exchange of experience, we will examine the topic from different perspectives. KHS GmbH and Gebr. Becker GmbH will present different aspects of process management. In addition to the specialist presentations, the focus will be on dialogue between participants - bring your questions and discuss with colleagues from other member companies and our experts!
The face-to-face event is aimed at specialists and managers from the field of quality management and from management.
