Like many other companies, FireDos faces the challenge that fewer and fewer people want to work in the service sector, but that there are more and more existing systems that need to be tested and maintained. For this reason, solutions have been developed that enable users to access relevant data and carry out maintenance independently. Operating data can also be called up so that FireDos can provide support and guidance "remotely" in the event of questions. We would like to introduce you to this service platform and the remote monitoring system, as well as a dealer platform, which is primarily intended to simplify communication with the user.
