The VDMA continues to offer virtual training courses for recruiting young talent. In two days, we develop your technical trainees into communicative, self-confident trainee mentors and work with them to develop concepts for virtual recruitment suitable for your company. Core content of the training
Soft skills such as presentation and rhetoric are still part of the content of the trainee mentor training course. This year's focus is on recruiting young people on the Internet. How can my training company reach and interest young people on the Internet?
Short advertising messages and company tours are filmed with the trainees' own cell phones and discussed constructively. Responsible use of the Internet, especially in social media, as an advertising ambassador for your own company is also on the curriculum.
The two-day online seminar is structured in such a way that the mornings are devoted to theory-based input and the afternoons to self-study phases with clearly defined tasks.

Please note that we explicitly address industrial-technical trainees with the training courses. If two trainees register, a tandem with a commercial trainee is possible.
