In two days, we develop your technical trainees into communicative, self-confident trainee mentors and work with them to develop concepts for virtual recruitment, suitable for your company. Core contents of the training
Soft skills such as presentation and rhetoric are still part of the content of the trainee mentor training. This year, the emphasis is on advertising for young people on the Internet. How can my training company reach and interest young people on the Internet?
Short advertising messages and company visits are filmed with the trainees' own mobile phones and discussed in a constructive manner. Responsible handling in the Internet in particular in the social media as advertising ambassadors of the own enterprise stands also on the training plan
The two-day online seminar is structured in such a way that there are rather theory-heavy inputs in the morning and self-learning phases with clearly defined tasks in the afternoon
You can register your trainee (7 + 8 December 2022 - each from 08:30 to 17:00) via the "Register" button.
If you decide to register two trainees, you have to fill in the form for each trainee separately.
