The VDMA network is constantly growing and you are part of it! Our association unites the knowledge and competence of a powerful industry. Our practical services support you in making the right decisions in your company - along the entire value chain. But are you already familiar with all our offerings? The ongoing slump in the global economy and the flood of bureaucracy and regulations are currently the biggest challenges facing the mechanical and plant engineering industry. The ongoing competitive pressure from China, Donald Trump's customs policy, the upcoming German parliamentary elections and the plans of the new EU Commission, as well as the green and digital transformation are important issues that are affecting our industry.

Our part 2 of the event will provide you with initial starting points on how the VDMA supports and accompanies you as a member on many of these topics. Hans-Jürgen Alt, VDMA Managing Director for North Rhine-Westphalia, will present the power of the VDMA and show you the variety of services from which you can benefit. Garnished with many practical examples, there is something interesting for everyone!

With our digital event series Connect2Discover@VDMA we offer you a successive and continuous insight into our wide range of services and show you how you can use your association to your advantage - every 2nd Tuesday of the month, always at 2 o'clock, 2 presentations of about 30 min each - entertaining, compact, competent - click here for the overview. The target group for this event-series are all "newcomers" to VDMA and all those who would like to get to know the range of services better - members or those who are interested in a membership. Every third event is in English, for the others we offer simultaneous translation.
