In our interactive online event, we would like to find out together with you how to use AI to make job advertisements more attractive - in order to include not only professional skills, but also personality and potential in the best possible way.
You are welcome to send your most successful, challenging, surprising or lengthy job advertisements to Andrea Veerkamp-Walz (link) in advance. Together we will use your examples to develop practical approaches to increase the quality and number of your applicants.
The event is exclusively for VDMA member companies and is free of charge for them.

We store and process your previously provided personal data for the purpose of registration and organization of the event. This includes the fact that a list of participants will be available at the event to document your participation, on which your name and the company you work for will be listed. Your data will only be passed on to third parties (such as lecturers or co-organizers) if this is necessary for the proper running of the event.
