This year's anniversary event is all about change. Geopolitical risks, decarbonisation, demographic change, sustainability and digitalisation - these are just some of the issues currently affecting the plant engineering industry. How can the industry succeed in this challenging environment? Which paths lead to greater sustainability and productivity? How can plant engineering attract and retain young talent? What prospects do artificial intelligence and new technologies offer?
