The legal provisions of the general terms and conditions (GTC) also frequently come into play in mechanical and plant engineering. The online event provides information about the comprehensive basic knowledge.

Hardly any other area of law is as important in practice as the law governing general terms and conditions. The application of the provisions of the law governing general terms and conditions also comes into play much more frequently in B2B than would normally be assumed or realized. This is primarily due to the very high hurdles that the German Federal Court of Justice places on the conclusion of an individual agreement that would be exempt from the control of the content of general terms and conditions law. In addition, the topic is characterized by judicial law and there is a confusing abundance of decisions, which makes "access" more difficult.

Everyone is invited, especially non-lawyers, who deal with contract issues in the company and would like to close knowledge gaps in this area.
