The trend towards electric ship propulsion systems continues and is expanding to ever more fields of application and types of ships. The challenge is not only to integrate the systems on board, but also to overcome competence boundaries between mechanical and electrical propulsion technology, from the first design steps to the operation of the finished ship and service. In a series of web events, we want to address various facets and fields of application of e-ship propulsion systems and exchange experiences in a circle of experts.
