At the end of July, our Lean Management expert group had the pleasure of visiting Maschinenfabrik Niehoff GmbH & Co. KG as our guest. Since 1951, around 1300 employees worldwide, around 600 of them at the headquarters in Schwabach, have been developing and producing machines and systems for the wire and cable industry. However, the company's history dates back to 1859.

In addition to technology and efficient processes, Niehoff has always focused on people, so that a broad and consistent application of lean management was very obvious. Participants will find out what stage Niehoff has already reached on this lean journey in a presentation and, above all, during an extensive tour. As usual, we will discuss the collected impressions and spontaneous ideas in small groups and give feedback to the host afterwards.

This event is a cooperation between VDMA Baden-Württemberg, VDMA Bavaria and VDMA Business Advisory and is free of charge for VDMA member companies. In the interest of an intensive dialog, the number of participants has been limited to 35 participants participants. Registrations will be considered in the order in which they are received.
