"Said is not understood, understood not accepted, accepted not yet applied" - as far as known. In practice, however, it is too often true that communication is the illusion that it has taken place. Leadership communication, in particular, is critical to motivating employees, setting clear goals, and collaborating effectively.

Despite the central importance of leadership communication, this form often fails in companies. The reasons can be many, such as conveying unclear or vague messages. That's why we focus on the core competencies of listening, asking questions, giving and taking feedback in this virtual, interactive event.

In this workshop we work with the digital whiteboard "Mural", which will be explained at the beginning. Active participation in the groups is essential and the agenda includes group work as well as exercises.

We look forward to an intensive virtual exchange of experiences. The virtual event is aimed at specialists and managers from the fields of human resources, innovation and management.
